Naming, Branding, Storytelling, and Launch Strategy for a Modern South Jakarta Address

As Serenia Hills expanded its portfolio with a new cluster of residences, they needed a narrative that would capture the clean modernity, elevated lifestyle, and natural elegance of the homes, set in the lush green landscapes of Serenia Hills.

We developed the naming, brand identity and visual system that evoked simplicity, refinement, and a connection to nature, aligning with Serenia Hills' vision of well-planned living in South Jakarta.

When the launch was impacted by COVID-19, we pivoted the campaign toward digital. Working with the Serenia Hills team, we created:

  • — A suite of brand collaterals to support marketing and sales
  • — A digital storytelling campaign across social media to generate interest and leads
  • — An online product knowledge event, gathering over 30 of Jakarta's top property agents to experience the Sierra concept virtually

By combining clear storytelling, sleek design, and strategic digital engagement, we helped bring Sierra to market—even in a time when in-person launches weren't possible. Today, it stands as one of Serenia Hills' most recognisable residential clusters.
