Editorial Design That Supports Inclusive Housing Policy

The International Finance Corporation (IFC) partnered with the Government of Timor-Leste to promote inclusive housing finance. As part of this effort, IFC prepared a publication to share key insights, challenges, and solutions with stakeholders across the government, banking, and development sectors.

Flourish was brought in to design the full publication. Our task was to make complex research accessible, visually clear, and ready for use in high-level discussions. The final report was printed and distributed at Timor-Leste Housing Market Development Forum, where it supported conversation among key decision-makers.

We focused on editorial design that simplifies without losing depth. The layout was structured to support long-form reading, highlight key messages, and guide the reader through data and case studies. Visuals, infographics, and clear content flow helped turn the report into a practical communication tool.

What we delivered:

— Created diagrams, maps, and infographics to explain complex points
— Supported production and final delivery for print use
