When Ciputra Group launched Ciputra World 2 in Jakarta's most sought-after district, they needed a tool that conveyed trust, value, and design-led sophistication. In an industry where first impressions matter, printed collaterals must work harder than ever.

We approached the brochure as a physical extension of the development's sales gallery: structured, informative, and visually confident. It had to guide potential buyers through every detail (unit types, layouts, location, pricing) while reinforcing the sense of prestige that was at the heart of the property.
