Ciputra World Jakarta needed a publication that could do what press releases and sales brochures never could: tell the full story of how one of Indonesia’s most respected developers helped shape the capital’s skyline.
This was a flagship book created to reflect the group’s legacy, values, and ambitions. We collaborated closely with the Ciputra World Jakarta team to turn a collection of raw materials including archival records, interviews, timelines, and visuals into a coherent and compelling editorial journey.
We structured a multi-chapter book around key themes: the group’s founding philosophy, signature developments, and the people who made it happen. From executive profiles to project documentation, every story was shaped to speak to a diverse audience of stakeholders, investors, and global partners.
On the design side, we built a visual system that balanced clarity and elegance. From layout to print production, we managed end-to-end delivery in close coordination with Ciputra’s corporate and marketing divisions.
The final result is a corporate publication that feels anything but corporate—a confident and beautifully made book that served as a signature storytelling asset across international showcases, executive meetings, and legacy events.
